Your boat restoration was awesome! I just picked one up myself. Your input would be greatly appreciated

Looks killer man! Congrats!

Makes me cry a little cause mine is about half way done and being a single dad I have had just about every curve ball thrown at me trying to get mine finished. :(

Oh, before I end this build thread, i need to send oit a special thans to Quarterhorse for coming ober and helping me all those times. Having a friend help with the build is required. Some things can't be done by yourself. So, thanks for all the help buddy!

The shake down run went OK. The boat is a little hard to drive with the prop shaft being 2'' under the pad. It wanted to torque steer real bad and bounce a lot. I have some learning to do, thats for sure. The compliments never stopped flying though. Even I can say the boat looked good. Lol. Its very *** heavy with the omc and 5'' plate. With me in it, the wings are either under the water or right at it.

Its hard to believe all the work finally paid off and i got to take it for a drive. I want to thank everyone's support along the way and now. lets keep the top side up and ejoy these old streams!

Varmint, I got the seats from veada.com and thanks, they do look pretty good in there. They were on sale for $169 when i purchased them.
