A thin small putty knife works good for getting the windshield out of the frame if that helps at all. It makes getting it out of the clips nice and easy. Then it should fit.

I just went out to make sure and there is no way of getting it in the jeep, and I don't think I want to try and put it on top.

It's a 3 hour round trip, and it won't fit in my jeep.
