Here's what I did to the trailer my Viking will be riding on. Bought it with another boat on it and swapped the bunks around to fit my boat. It also didn't have a winch setup before. Just a bar that hooked to the bow eye. I didn't like that Idea so I added a winch and bow stop. A friend of mine was working for a paint shop so I had the whole thing sand blasted and repainted. Did all new LED's, wood and carpet on the bunks. Also did the coupler, winch, and jack. The winch and jack are cheap junk from Northern Hydraulics. I'll be replacing those with something quality this spring.

As you can see, the wood behind the fender is missing, the wood that is on there is all rotted, some of the marker lights dont work. The tail lights do though but im going to switch everything to LEDs. First order of business though is to swap out the hubs to some 5x4 1/2" hubs (Pretty standard rim size and most chevy rims) with studs. The POS hubs on it now are 5x4 1/4" with bolt style lugs, not studs with lug nuts. Im also going to be swapping to 15" rims and ditch them little 13" ones. I figure I will have about $150 tops, into the trailer when im done.

I will be doing the hubs in about 2-3 weeks. In the middle of moving right now so its just sitting in the new garage FULL of all the boat parts. Cant see em all in the pic but the boat is loaded with boxes and parts. lol

Yeah, I know, it needs a really good bath. Other than moving it to my new place, I havent touched in since last summer when I pulled all the old rub rail junk off it.

Same. My galvanized trailer is a POS, but once my Viper is done (whenever that may be), the trailer it's on will be next.
