Welcome to the site Verb. Looking forward to seeing your find.
First thing you need to find out....as any Stream owner should...is what the condition of the core is.
Is it an original boat?
A recently rebuilt one, and if so, can the previous owner prove the core was replaced?
Core condition is the most important structural component in these boats. They were built fast and cheap. The last thing you'll want is pad delamination, especially at high speed. It can literally kill you.
Not to scare you though. But if you're thinking of hanging that 200 off the back, and if the boat is original, a complete rebuild your only safe option.
