Go easy with the saws all ,short blade for sure, with the floor i would drill a test hole to gauge the thickness than set saw to that depth. I also would pick up a multi master tool you can buy them cheap at harbor freight .Works great and less dust.

Welcome to the valero yt ! if you do a search on scream and Fly there has been 2 valero recores that are pretty good informative reads. Neither split the hulls . let me know if you can not find them and i will try to help.

It really shows well in the pics For its age ,Im going to be cutting on mine soon so i might need some advise, got it on blocks now supporting the bottom just waiting to pull the trigger and get started. Time to get itchy just need some time, been a busy year.

At least when you go to remove it down the road just saturate it with water and it should pull right up .Must of been a latex based glue a true water proof outdoor glue would of never done that its solvent based.

Go to your local floor covering store and ask for some safety solvent or in store get some goof off to get the glue off carpet.sorry i didnt see this sooner but was working nonstop for awhile glad you have it done but ill feel your pain when you go to pull that up ha ha ha it sucks
