Update: After a weekend with Lots of water and rain in the boat.... The Marine Vinyl Carpet Adhesive did NOT hold up well. In the places where it stayed wet for a day, it was liquid again, and the carpet just lifts up. The 3M super 77 is not harmed by the water. I think the Carpet adhesive will dry ...

Yea, its not even touching em. Very calm day. See the rope to the anchor, she is just floating. May just bump em every now and then. Usually water is higher and its all sand.

Well, after a long time and a lot of work, She is about 95% done, and I got her on the water. Very fast, very fun. No detail pics of the work right now, just some happy in the sun pics. Here they are.

BTW< speaking of seats, I got the boat on the water a few days ago, and as you know I had just put the new seats in. I guess not well enough.. at one point my wife was in the seat next to me holding the 3 year old, I gunned it, and the bolts just pulled out of the floor and she and the kid went over...
