Quicksilver synthetic blend at 40:1 has had my 2.0 150 running good. Almost no maintenance so far. Rarely gets plugs, and never rebuilt carbs in several years..

what up with the boat? how do you feel about it now? any improvements?

hows the boat going? have you made the improvements that you wanted?

That's a perfect option for you, and it should get you close to 80 with a good setup and if the motor is healthy

lets see a picture please.. the way you explained it i think you can bolt the motor higher on the boat and or jackplate..
