Bobs nose cone
Im looking to see you guys opinion on whats the best epoxy/ metal to metal bond to use on a bobs cone for lower unit.

A lot of guys use duraglass for the body work. Just prep the metal good so the duraglass gets a good bite. I haven't personally done one so I can't say but that's what I have been told when I asked about having to repair mine.

I did four small stitch welds and filled the cavity with the epoxy Bobs sends with it. I then used short strand reinforced filler to fill the sides and finish it out. Have done a few this way with no failures.

thanks fellas i already have a cone on it from when i bought it but it has a big chunk missing out of the side.
