I think the boat is all original so I'm sure it needs a core. Would be a dream to do verses mine. LOL

I love the colors on it big time and wouldn't mind owning it. It was for sale last summer and thought he got rid of it cause I never seen it again but guess he still has it....

I've talked to Randy about a year and a hlf ago about this boat. I had him take it to a marina and had it looked over for about $100 dollars. It needed core and transom. The big reason I didn't buy it was because the engine was shot. It still ran but top end was only in the 30's. The marina said the engine was not worth rebuilding. I made him what I thought was a fair offer for the boat, but after originally accepting, he changed his mind. Nice looking boat, but without a usable engine, the price is too high. Bill

Maybe give him 2k with bad motor as you could part it out and make a few hundred bucks. Would be a different story if it ran and ran good.

Don't mind me asking, what did you offer him?

I think I offered him 2100 if I remember correctly. He was a really nice guy and like you, I love the colors. the mechanic said you could get a few years out of the boat as is, but we all know what that means. He considered it, but the wife and kids wouldn't let him part with it for that.
