Im having a problem all the pics wont load anymore I just keep getting the circle thingy going round and round

All is working fine here. I know with some of the rather large images it can take a while to load them up. That is one of the main reasons I have set the file size limit a lot lower as it was starting to take a really long time for pages to load due to such huge images/image file sizes.
