Worst boss ever at R&R marine

I'm pretty sure I can now say I have the worst boss ever. I took a job at R&R marine in Shakoppe MN 4 years ago because they promised to have full year work and the place I was at laid us off for 6 weeks in the winter. Well the first two years went ok then last year I was laid off for 4 months and when I came back they were two weeks behind and expected me to jump back into it like I was gone over a weekend. I got over that and asked if I could bring my viper in on the weekend to work on it so I didn't have to take so many tools home, they let me with the condition that if they needed me I would punch in and help out. That worked fine for a couple weeks until my boss flipped out because of a new boat not being clean enough, rather than say something to the cleaner he flipped out at me for trying to clean it quick. He was swearing at me telling me to get the f**k out of there and I didn't have a life because I was always at the shop.
Well this year he pushed a little too far. I was laid off for 4 months again and when I came back the other mechanic said my boss filled my bass boat with snow as a joke and got some rocks in it. I was a little pissed but figured it was just him being immature and no big deal, well I got a chance to go look at it and I am pissed. I will be forwarding these pictures to the owner of the dealership and looking for a job,any job.

Wow! I would be pissed to no end!!!! Looks like they did a bit more damage too other then add some "snow". And by snow I mean rocks. Your bass boat was all in one piece last time I was down there this fall wasnt it or did you remove some stuff from it?

Either way, Not cool one bit. I say you grab your customer list and we start working on boats. I need an excuse to get out of the truck anyways. I hope it all work out for ya and I will keep my eyes and ears open for ya.

I sold the motor and rigging off it in the fall and I took the speakers out of it for a customer at work.

First off I no this is a famaily page .But that guy is lucky he is"nt my boss cause he ould probly be sporting 2 black eyes from a broken nose and some rocks in his rectum.Imature or not that is wrong and seeing how you didnt kick his a$$ I would sue him then he would fire you so you could collect a little unemployment while you look for new job and it would serve him right .Good luk Chet and yes your boss is a a$$h@@e .

If that was Frank tell him not cool at all and deserves one of these

apparently they have no idea how hard it is to get a good tech that cares

if your up for a move to bigger water, I know four places on the river that are looking for techs.

it is tough to stay on year round in any boat shop up here in the frozen tundra....

As for calling cops or suing good luck with that.His property,i assume no work order on your boat for being there for repair or storage.
