if he put hard mounts in it check to make sure they are not too big and causing a gap between the exhaust plate and mid i had the same problem with mine leaking water out the front when i installed sum hard mounts i had to cut down the mounts a lil on a lathe to make them fit properly just make sure u dont cut 2much and make them fit loose
