GoodMorning! I am the new owner of a Vandal that was in the process of being restored(?)...
The previous Owner Painted it red and jury-rigged wiring. I am looking for any info or pictures but seem to be in small supply for the Vandal model. Does it have a S/Nor VIN? is there a basic wiring diagram?and does anybody have pics of original paint schemes? and does this model not have tie downs?
I am so lost...

If the Coast Guard capacity plate is missing, look on the backside of the transom in the upper right corner. Provided he didn't cut away the original fiberglass (if he replaced the transom), the HIN (hull identification number) should be stamped right into the gelcoat/paint.

Hard to tell with the tarp over the boat...are you sure that's a Vandal? The nose looks way too "pointy". Maybe its just the angle...
