Outside Boat Storage in the South During the Summer - Need S

I have an 88 Hydrostream Vegas Skier that I have had for about ten years now. I moved to North Carolina and lost my garage so now the boat is parked outside in the sun. The problem is that coming from Wisconsin, I don't know how to keep a boat in the south. If I put the cover on after using it, I get mold and mildew all over the interior. If I leave the cover off, it gets rained on and the gel coat takes a beating from the sun. What I think I need is a waterproof yet breathable (ie Goretex) boat cover, but I don't know where to find something like this. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance for your help!
