RRREvinrude from over on S&F went 127 in an HST and blew over, I ran 128 in mine and very nearly put it on it's lid. HotBoat years ago had an article on a HST with a F1 V-8 (as I recall) that ran 133. There is/was a Venom running amok that is reportedly right at 130. 100 is fast enough for me anymore. I spent enough money on broken gearcases, props and powerheads top ending to retire.

The fastest I have had my vulture is right about 70. That was behind my S10 Blazer though.
