Joined the Hydrostream owners club a couple months ago with an 05 Vegas and 2.5XS. Trying to get the motor out of break in mode so I can start playing.

1991 Virage Pulled out of the mold in 2011. 15" 280 ROS on Factory offshore mid.

One of, if not, the last Hydrostream built by Howard and you did an outstanding job with it!

Does Howard still have the molds this came out of or are they the ones Aaron at Extreme has?

Aaron has the mold now.

I had Howard write "the Last Virage" on the dash. As in the last Virage with the HSP HIN #.







This is one of the very few that came with a foam core.





I removed the splashwell and dropped the center 2" for the 15" motor.



It was REALLY nice having a rotisserie to glass the seam, install the hull liner, and lay up the splash well delete from the inside.





I learned a while ago to take your time to do clean wiring and support the wires often.



I had to make seat frames from measurements given from other Virage owners. We modified the shape a little to look more modern.












The factory upholstery was tuck and roll.

The first upholstery guy tried a sewn pleat and it wasn't working so he referred another guy that nailed it. This is his attempt.







This is Jimmy's old school tuck and roll. $3500.00

He didn't like the headrest sticking up that high so it was trimmed down some.
