Bought a boat that was supposed to be turn key. Well it wasn't, floor and stringers are rotten... Motor problems and more since buying it.
There is 20% moisture at the transoms in some areas, does that mean it needs to be replaced as well?
Thanks Mark in Kingston On.

Dont forget about the core also.

Read here if you're not familiar with it - https://www.hydrostreamforums.com/the-core-what-is-it-and-where-it-is

The add pictures button seem to work here. What is the exact problem you are having?

Yep had not forgotten about it. Seems solid, but was going to drill a couple spots near the back to see if it's pooched, not sure if there is a better way to go about it.
Any advice would be appreciated.

98% of the time, if the floor and stringers are rotten, so is the core. Sadly... We've all been down the core job road before so I feel your pain. Good news is, once you fix it right, it will probably outlast you.

Does anyone know where to purchase a new rub rail in Ontario Canada?

Hydrostreams used a proprietary rub rail and was made in house so you will not find original rub rail.
