Got my 1/4” staples so I could assemble the side panels.
Turned out great.

Puttering away still.
Working on the rear seat bottom. Getting the stitch lines to align is time consuming.

I need to get some “pull fabric “ before I can install the cover.
This is a non stretch fabric that pulls the bolster down to the base.
I loosely slipped the cover on and am happy at the initial fit.

The steamer is coming down from Alaska so the wrinkle in the armrest should come out. ( in case you noticed it).

Dang Ron. You're really starting to tempt me into doing mine now. I'm starting to loose confidence that the shop I initially talked to will complete mine in time.

Haa! I wish I could help everyone out. Truly!!
It’s very rewarding but I’m slow.

Got the rear seat bottom fitted.
Going to finish the back side of the backrest next.
Finish stapling, trim edge, put on white screen material and “hide-em” to cover staples.

Thanks guys! I really appreciate it.

Here’s the back trimmed out. Really cleans up the back when the rear hatch is open.

I spent the day making windlace to run the perimeter of the side panels. And stitching up the rear hatch area.
I can’t staple it till I get the rear side panels on then rear seat set in. THEN I can align the stitching.

I didn’t think about the bulk when folding the edges.
When I drilled the panels for the clips, I had the bare wood against the boat. Now with the extra material. ( bow side panels), the push pins won't align . I’m going to cut them off and put in rivet nuts with studs. Then I can slot the holes in the fiberglass and use nuts.

Got the covers on the front seat shells. Overall not a bad fit.
I’ll get the steamer fired up and see if I can work out some of the wrinkles.
